Kumpulan Jetson Berhad (“Jetson”) is pleased to announce that Jetson Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jetson, had on 18 January 2013 accepted a Letter of Award from Clearwater Capital Development Sdn Bhd, who had been awarded a contract of RM35,100,000.00, to jointly perform, undertake and carry out the building works for the proposed commercial development on Lot PTB 20500, Jalan Garuda, Mukim Bandar, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim for Changkat Fajar Sdn Bhd (“Project”). The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Jetson Group. The Project will not have any effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of Jetson. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Jetson and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the Project. The Project is not subject to the approval of shareholders of Jetson. This announcement is dated 18 January 2013.
