The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Subscription.

Reference is made to the announcements made on 12 February 2015 and 16 February 2015 on the subscription of 1,041,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing 51% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital (“Subscription”) of ISSB.

Further to the Subscription Agreement, the Board of Directors of Jaycorp wishes to announce that on 30 April 2015, Jaycorp has been allotted and issued with 1,041,000 ordinary shares in ISSB.

The Subscription is completed upon the allotment and issuance of the aforesaid shares in ISSB.

This announcement is dated 30 April 2015.
