RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION Further to the announcement made on 17th March 2015 in respect of the variation between the actual value and the estimated value transactions by 10% or more, Dialog Group Berhad (“DIALOG”) wishes to announce that the actual value of the Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT") transacted with the following related parties pursuant to the existing shareholders' mandate obtained on 20th November 2014, has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 28th October 2014.
