We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 8 May 2015, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) Name of directors and substantial shareholders of Singapore Metals & Minerals Pte Ltd (“SGM”).

2) Commencement date of business by SGM.

3) To quantity the financial and capital commitment by Ho Wah Genting Trading Sdn Bhd (“HWGT”) / Ho Wah Genting Berhad (“HWGB”) to diversify into the trading of ferrous, non-ferrous and base metal minerals [“collectively defined as Metal Minerals”].

4) Clarification on whether there will be any value added process to be involved on the Metal Minerals before it is sold to third party.

5) To state HWGB / HWGT’s target market and their prospective clients.

6) With regard to the Metal Minerals, please elaborate further on the usage and potential customers or industry for each of this product.

7) To specify whether HWGB / HWGT has the relevant expertise in the trading of Metal Minerals.

8) Basis and justification for HWGB / HWGT to diversify and venture into the trading of Metal Minerals. In this respect, please disclose also the gross and net margin for the trading of Metal Minerals in order to give your shareholders’ a better perspective on how the Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) will contribute positively to the future earnings.

9) To specify the major competitors / players in the trading of Metal Minerals in Malaysia and what are the competition edge that HWGB / HWGT possess over its competitors.

10) Risks for entering into the Agreement, including but not limited to, fluctuation in commodity / metal prices and fluctuation in foreign exchange.

11) Prospects and outlooks for the trading of Metal Minerals industry.

12) Whether the Agreement entered into with SGM will signify a diversification in operations pursuant to Paragraph 10.13 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

13) Whether the Agreement requires any government authorities' approval and the estimated timeframe for submission of the application to the relevant government authorities.
