The Subordinated Notes were issued on 25 May 2010 by the former OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“now known as OSKIB Sdn Bhd”), the business of which is now undertaken by RHB Investment Bank pursuant to the transfer of the business, assets and liabilities of OSK Investment Bank Berhad to RHB Investment Bank which took effect from 13 April 2013.
