None of the Bonus Shares will be credited into the individual securities accounts of the respective entitled shareholders since the Bonus Shares will immediately be cancelled pursuant to the Capital Reduction.

After completion of the Distribution and the scheme of arrangement under Section 176 of the Act to pay our warrant holders RM0.09 in value for every one (1) warrant held in Jotech ("Warrant"), in consideration for the cancellation of the exercise rights pursuant to our Warrants and thereafter proceed to cancel all our Warrants so that all our outstanding Warrants are effectively and validly cancelled (payment to be satisfied in the same manner as the Distribution), subject to the requisite approval of Bursa Securities being obtained, GFB shall assume the listing status of any one of our Company, AIC Corporation Berhad or AutoV Corporation Berhad and be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities.
