(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the announcement dated 19 September 2012) We refer to our announcement dated 19 September 2012, 21 September 2012, 1 October 2012 and 5 October 2012 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Oldtown (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on even date, fixed the issue price of RM1.95 per Placement Share in relation to the first tranche of the Proposed Private Placement. The aforementioned issue price of RM1.95 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 4.6% to the five (5)-day VWAMP of Oldtown Shares of RM2.0437, up to and including 6 December 2012, being the market day immediately preceding the date of this announcement.
