The Plaintiffs are seeking the following reliefs:-
a) A Declaration that the 770 Patent has been infringed by the Defendants;
b) An Injunction to restrain the Defendants from infringing the 770 Patent;
c) An order for destruction by the Defendants of all articles in their possession, power, custody and control that are infringing the 770 Patent and to verify on oath that the Defendants no longer have in their possession infringing articles;
d) An order for disclosure on oath of all parties from whom the Defendants obtained the infringing articles;
e) An inquiry as to damages or an account of profits and payment of all sums found due upon the assessment or inquiry;
f) Interest; and
g) Costs.
