On behalf of the
Company, TA Securities wishes to announce that under the Private Placement, an
amount of 1,730,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in A-Knight (“A-Knight
Shares”) were issued and listed on 16 October 2013. As announced on 20 February
2014, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has granted the Company an extension of
time of six (6) months until 27 August 2014 to complete the implementation of
the Private Placement (“Extension of Time”).
