Description	NEW CONTRACTS AWARDED
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“the Company”), we are pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded the following contracts on 17 October 2012: 1) A contract valued equivalent to about RM 5,640,000 for the Design, Supply and �Installation of Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System for Cable Tunnel East West 2. The commencement date of the contract is on 8�October 2012 and will be completed by 5 December 2016. �The contract is expected to contribute to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2013 to 2016. 2) A contract valued equivalent to about RM 4,317,000 for the Design, Supply and Installation of Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System� for Cable Tunnel North South 2.� The commencement date of the contract is on 8 October 2012 and will be completed by 4 June 2018.� The contract is expected to contribute to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2013 to 2018. Both contracts are not renewable and the risks in respect of the Contracts are the normal business risks. None of the directors and / or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the said directors and / or major shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contracts awarded.
