�b) Fame Action Sdn Bhd, a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 9 October 2012, with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up. �c) Vista Versatile Sdn Bhd, a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 15 October 2012, with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up. �d) Dekad Sinaran Sdn Bhd, a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 12 October 2012, with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up. �The abovementioned companies are presently dormant.
