Query Letter Contents	We refer to the Company's announcement dated 8 February 2013, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:- The directors and major shareholders of STSET and their respective shareholdings; The information on STSET's business for the past 3 years and the commencement date of its business; To elaborate/define the "Maglev Wind Farm of 20MW to 49MW", its purpose of use and the principal markets; To clarify on how will Hytex Group benefit and generate income from the Wind Farm Project; Detail information on the technology support to be provided by STSET to HISCL for the Project; The approvals required for the Wind Farm Project; The total cost for the Wind Farm Project; The breakdown of the investment outlay in the Joint Venture by HISCL, STSET and the Venture Capitalists and foreign investors, where applicable; The identity of the Venture Capitalist and foreing investors, and their roles in the Wind Farm Project; The source of funds by HISCL for its investment of RMB500 million in the Joint Venture and the breakdown thereof; The terms of cost and profit sharing between the Joint Venture partners for the Project; The rationale for STSET to enter into the Joint Venture Agreement with HISCL given that HISCL do not posses any expertise in the areas of Wind Farm/Wind Turbines; The expected date of completion of the Project; Overview and prospects of the Wind Farm Project in China; Whether HISCL has the equipment, personnel capacity and other resources to undertake the Project; and The specific factors being considered by the Board in forming its opinion that the Joint Venture is in the best interest of the Group.
