The shareholders of PacificMas had on 15 October 2012 approved, amongst others, the members’ voluntary winding-up of the Company under Section 254(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1965 (“Winding-Up”) at the extraordinary general meeting held on 15 October 2012. On behalf of the Company, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for the withdrawal of listing of PacificMas from the Official List of Bursa Securities today. Given that the Winding-Up had commenced on 15 October 2012, the trading of PacificMas’ shares will remain suspended until the de-listing of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
