Description	Facilitation Fund of RM57.4 million for PD Waterfront, Port Dickson
The Board of Directors of TSR Capital Berhad (“TSR” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that TSR Ocean Park Sdn Bhd (“TSROP”), a wholly owned subsidiary of TSR, had on 28 September 2012 entered into a Facilitation Fund Agreement (“FFA”) with the Government of Malaysia as represented by Public Private Partnership Unit, Prime Minister’s Department (“the Government”) and Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (“BPMB”) where subject to the terms and conditions of the FFA the Government agreed to provide a grant up to RM57.4 million (“the Grant”) to TSROP to facilitate the implementation of PD Waterfront.� Full details of the announcement as per the attachment enclosed herewith. None of the directors nor substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Grant. The Board, after considering all the relevant factors, is of the opinion that these Grant is in the best interest of the TSR Group. The Grant is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012 onwards. This announcement is dated 1 October 2012.
