The Board of Directors of Emico Holdings Berhad ("the Company" or "Emico") wish to announce that on 28th September 2012, its wholly owned subsidiary, Emico Development Sdn Bhd ("EDSB") has entered into three(3) Sale and Purchase Agreements with Gre-East Builders Sdn Bhd ("Purchaser") for the proposed disposal of several pieces of land owned by EDSB for a total cash consideration of RM8,650,000.
