O’Connor Blvd, Suite 2300, Irving, Texas 75039 (“Purchaser”) to dispose off its entire 1,110,000 ordinary share of RM1.00 each held in the capital of Flowserve-SAAG Sdn Bhd (“Flowserve-SAAG”) representing 30 per cent of the issued and paid up capital of Flowserve-SAAG to the Purchasers for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Million One Hundred and Fifty Thousand (RM7,150,000.00) (“Monies Payable”) (“Proposed Disposal”).
