The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise states, shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 22 September 2011 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. We refer to the announcements made by OSK on behalf of the Board on 22 September 2011, 23 September 2011, 27 September 2011, 30 September 2011, 16 March 2012 and 21 March 2012 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that the approval for extension of time to complete the Private Placement had lapsed on 29 September 2012 (effectively on 1 October 2012). We wish to inform shareholders that no new shares were issued/placed out pursuant to the Private Placement. This announcement is dated 2 October 2012.
