(“RB BIOTECH”) for a total cash consideration of RM1,000,000.00 only. This announcement is a follow up to the announcement made on 23rd August 2011. The Board of Directors of ICB is pleased to announce that ICB on 3rd October 2012 has subscribed an additional 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each for a cash consideration of RM1,000,000 towards� completing the second tranche of the �Subscription Shares pursuant to the Subscription Agreement �entered into by and between ICB and RB BIOTECH on 22nd August 2011.
