Further to the Company's earlier announcement made on 5 July 2012, the Board of Directors of GUNUNG wishes to inform that the status of the MOU remains unchanged.

The Company received a letter dated 11 September 2012, from Arriyadh Development Authority confirming the receipt of the jointly submitted (the Company and Al-Habib Holding) Prequalification Documents for the Procurement, Operation & Maintenance Services of Arriyadh Comprehensive Bus Transit System in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned letter states that the evaluation of the Prequalification Documents has been completed and the results will be released upon approval.

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
