Further to our announcement dated 4 September 2012, KHSB wishes to announce further development on the above case involving SAP Holdings Berhad (“SAP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
After due deliberation on the arguments submitted by both parties, the Court of Appeal had set aside SAP’s appeal against the Order for Sale dated 20 December 2010 with a nominal cost of RM15,000.00.

KHSB will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course.
