Win Wealthy Global was incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong) on 25 July 2012 and is currently dormant. It has an authorised share capital of HK$10,000.00 divided into 10,000 shares of HK$1.00 each, all of which have been issued and fully paid up.

None of the Directors and/or Major Shareholders of IOI Corp and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Investment in Win Wealthy Global.
