- Monthly Announcement Pursuant to Guidance Note 5/2006 ("GN5") – Default in Payments

Further to the announcement made on 1 October 2012 on Practice Note 1/Guidance Note 5, the subject of this announcement should be "Monthly Announcement" instead of "New Default".


The contents of the said announcement remains the same as follows:-�


Further to the announcements made on 3 September 2012 and 7 September 2012�pursuant to GN5 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Ideal (“the Board”) wishes to�inform on the status of the following settlement of debts:-

1. Ideal Property Concepts Sdn Bhd (“IPC”) (formerly known as Equator Biotech Sdn. Bhd.) (a wholly-owned subsidiary company of IDEAL) had on 5 September 2012 received a letter dated 3 September 2012 from Malayan Banking Berhad confirming the debt has been settled via the full and final settlement arrangement.

  1. RHB Bank Berhad (“RHB”) had on 3 September 2012 issued a letter (“the Letter of Offer”) to IPC to regularize the facility outstanding with RHB into a new term loan amounting to RM5,311,105.35 with monthly repayment of RM105,004.30 over the period of 5 years and IPC had on�7 September 2012�accepted the offer from RHB on the Restructured Term Loan upon the terms and conditions set out in the Letter of Offer to settle the debt.

Besides, with reference to the settlement of the debt with Orix Credit Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the High Court of Johore Bahru has on 9 January 2012 dismissed the claim of Orix Credit Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Orix")�against IPC and the Company. An appeal has been filed by Orix on 1 February 2012. The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter, if any. 

Ideal will no longer be in default of payments to financial institution provided that Orix’s appeal is dismissed.

- APPEAL AGAINST SUSPENSION AND DE-LISTING OF THE SECURITIES OF KEY WEST GLOBAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS BERHAD
Reference is made to the Company's announcements (Ref. No. OS-121002-61061) made on 2 October 2012 in relation to the submission of an appeal against suspension and de-listing of the securities of KeyWest.
The Board of Directors of KeyWest wishes to inform that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 2 October 2012 notified the Company that pursuant to Rule 8.04(7) of the Bursa Securities ACE Market Listing Requirements, where there is an appeal submitted, Bursa Securities shall stay the de-listing of the securities of the Company pending consideration of the appeal. However, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading of the Company’s securities on the next market day after 5 market days from the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities even though the decision of the appeal is still pending.

Hence, the securities of KeyWest will be suspended with effect from 4 October 2012, as communicated earlier in the letter from Bursa Securities dated 26 September 2012. Bursa Securities would proceed to consider the Company’s appeal against the de-lising and the de-listing of the Company’s securities on 8 October 2012 will be deferred pending hearing of the appeal.
