This announcement is dated 2 October 2012. Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 March 2012, 12 March 2012 and 13 March 2012 with regards to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of EHB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad ("AmInvestment Bank") wishes to announce that the Company has decided to abort the Proposed Private Placement with immediate effect. The Company proposes to explore alternative forms of fund-raising, and the relevant announcement will be made in due course once the necessary details have been finalised. In this regard, on behalf of EHB, AmInvestment Bank has withdrawn EHB’s application in relation to the Proposed Private Placement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 12 March 2012 on 2 October 2012. | |
