Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 1 August 2012, 24 September 2012, 28 September 2012 and the monthly announcements made by the Company pursuant to PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to inform that the Company had on 24 September 2012, made an announcement to propose to amend certain terms of the Proposed Regularisation Exercise that announced on 1 August 2012. The amendments to certain terms of the Proposed Regularisation Exercise are essentially to clarify the salient terms of the Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("ICPS') and Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS") and the inter-conditionality of the proposals as well as to incorporate the price fixing of the exercise price of the Warrants pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants ("Amendments"). On 28 September 2012, the Company's Adviser, M&A Securities Sdn. Bhd. had submitted the applications in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities and Bank Negara Malaysia for their approval respectively. Save for the above, there is no material development as at the date of this announcement. This announcement is dated 1 October 2012. | |
