In view of that, clause (1) (d) of the Conditions Precedent as set out in Section 2.5 of the Announcement shall be read as follows:- �“the receipt by the Purchaser’s Solicitors of a written confirmation from FIX (M) Sdn Bhd (“Main Contractor”) confirming the RM1,260,746.35 (“Outstanding Sum”) together with copies of all invoices and relevant architect’s certificate(s) of completion (if any) issued in respect of the Outstanding Sum as at the date hereof and also further confirming the amount payable in respect of the Outstanding Works (“the Main Contractor’s Confirmation”) within twenty one (21) days from the date of the SPA (“the Fourth Conditional Period”).” �Further details on the Proposed Acquisition will be set out in the circular to shareholders to be issued in due course. �This announcement is dated 15 October 2012. � | |
