The Company wishes to further announce that: - 1)�The reason for the prepayment of RMB116,093,419.52 which is 15% above the purchase consideration was due to the Bidders for the lands need to pay a full amount of bidding price when they express interest for the bidding while a rebate will be determined at a later stage by the land authority for the successful bidder. 2)�The liabilities stated in the Agreements�is the annual property tax of RMB4.80 per square meter, or RMB1,022,361.60 for the total of 212,992 �square meter land area that the Company has acquired. The property tax shall be payable to Juxian National Land and Resources Bureau. 3)��The timeframe to develop the Lands is 3 years from the date of the Agreements.
