The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the acceptance of the Letter of Offer on 10 July 2012 by Lembaga Tabung Haji, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Lencana Harapan Sdn. Bhd. had entered into the SPA with Lembaga Tabung Haji for the Disposal and had received the 8% of the Consideration on 7 September 2012. The salient terms and consideration as announced on 10 July 2012 remained unchanged.
