Further to our announcement dated 25 May 2012, Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce further development on the above case involving SAP Holdings Berhad ("SAP"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad which in turn is a subsidiary of Perangsang Selangor.
In respect of SAP’s application for assessment of damages pursuant to the judgment dated 4 August 2011, the Court has fixed this matter for Case Management on 16 October 2012. Perangsang Selangor will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 5 September 2012. | |
