(Company No. 09001382) a company incorporated in Netherlands for the acquisition of 490,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of Wong Exerion Precision Technology Sdn Bhd (“WEX”), currently a�51% subsidiary of WEI�for a total cash consideration of RM740,000/-. Upon completion of the acquisition, WEX shall become a 100% subsidiary of WEI.
