We refer to our announcements dated 12 April 2012 and 18 July 2012 in respect of the conditional sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) entered into between AmG Insurance Berhad (“AmG”) and Kurnia Asia Berhad (now known as KSK Group Berhad) (“KAB”) for the proposed acquisition by AmG from KAB of 100% equity interest in Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad. Further thereto, we wish to announce that KAB and AmG have mutually agreed via a supplemental letter executed on 7 September 2012 to extend the cut-off date to fulfil the conditions precedent in Clause 3.1 of the SPA to 12 September 2012 (“Extended Cut-Off Date”).
