LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 65916 OF 2012
The above Company has failed to submit its Quarterly Report for financial period ended 30 June 2012, to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe pursuant to Paragraph 9.22(1) of Bursa Securities' Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR").
