DescriptionMATERIAL LITIGATION LEGAL SUIT AGAINST PT ANGLO SLAVIC UTAMA (“1st Defendant”), TEY POR YEE (“2nd Defendant”) AND OOI KOCK AUN (“3rd Defendant”)

As previously announced, Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) has filed a legal suit at the Kuala Lumpur High Court against PT Anglo Slavic Utama (“1st Defendant”) and two of its former directors, namely Tey Por Yee (“2nd Defendant”) and Ooi Kock Aun (“3rd Defendant”) (“Legal Proceeding”).

During the case management today, the Court has fixed a hearing date on 27.02.2015 for Protasco’s application to challenge the 1st Defendant’s solicitors’ authority / warrant to act on behalf of the 1st Defendant.

The Court has also fixed a hearing date on 18.03.2015 for the Defendants’ application to stay proceedings pending arbitration.
