Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 28 May 2014, 4 June 2014, 20 June 2014, 1 July 2014, 2 July 2014, 12 December 2014 and 19 December 2014 respectively.

 

The Board of Directors of Harvest Court Industries Berhad (“HCIB” or “the Company”) wishes to further announce that the change of financial year end to 31 March was made after considering the new appointment of external auditors Messrs. Morison Anuarul Azizan Chew, who was appointed on 11 December 2014 by Companies Commission of Malaysia under Section 172(10) of the Companies Act, 1965. In view of the tight deadline and after discussion with Messrs. Morison Anuarul Azizan Chew, the Board of Directors decided to change the financial year end to 31 March.

 

The next set of financial statements of the Company will be made up from 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2015 covering a period of 15 months.
