This represents an over-subscription of approximately 1.29% over the total number of 227,338,321 Rights Shares together with the corresponding number of Warrants in accordance with the Basis available for subscription under the Rights Issue with Warrants. The details of the acceptances and excess applications received as at the Closing Date are set out below:-
The Rights Shares and Warrants are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 2 January 2015. This announcement is dated 24 December 2014.
