The Board of Directors of Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad (“MHB” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd has on 18 December 2014 accepted from Bank Negara Malaysia, the award for the Contract to design, construct, commission and complete Bank Negara Malaysia’s Business Operation Complex in Kuala Lumpur for a contract sum of RM186,839,909.00 only (“the Contract”). This announcement was cleared for release by BNM on 24 December 2014. The Contract is expected to commence on 2 January 2015 and complete by 31 March 2016. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to MHB Group’s future earnings. None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company and persons connected with such Directors or major shareholders have any interest in the Contract.
