As stipulated in the Initial Announcement, SCG and SunHoldings will undertake the Proposed Transfer of SunCon prior to the Proposed Offering and the Proposed Listing. Hence, on 7 November 2014, SCG and SunHoldings have entered into a conditional share sale agreement setting out the terms and conditions of the Proposed Transfer of SunCon.
