We refer to the Previous Announcements. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 5 November 2014 approved the listing of and quotation for up to 36,948,770 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue. The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:  (i) Prolexus and its adviser must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue; (ii) Prolexus and its adviser to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue;  (iii) Prolexus to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed;  (iv) Prolexus and its adviser are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 6.35(2)(a)&(b) and 6.35(4) of the Main LR.  Prolexus is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders approving the Proposed Bonus Issue prior to the quotation of the Bonus Shares.   This announcement is dated 6 November 2014.
