The Board
of Directors of BTECH wishes to announce that Tan Tech-Polymer Sdn. Bhd. (“TTPSB”),
a 60% owned subsidiary of BTECH, has accepted banking facilities of RM 1,696,000.00
(‘the banking facilities”) granted by RHB Bank Berhad ("RHB”) to part
finance the purchase of a one-storey semi-detached factory with two-storey
shopoffice and for working capital purposes in TTPSB’s business operations.
The
Company will provide a corporate guarantee of RM 1,696,000.00 in favour of RHB
in respect of the banking facilities granted to TTPSB.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of
BTECH or persons connected to the Directors and/or major shareholders of BTECH
have any interest, direct or indirect in the banking facilities.
