Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 October 2014, 16 October 2014 and 20 October 2014.
The Board of Directors hereby announces that pursuant to the application for summary judgment filed by the Plaintiff, the matter was fixed for case management today before the Deputy Registrar of the Kuala Lumpur High Court. In addition to the case management which was fixed on 10 November 2014, the Deputy Registrar further fixed the dates as follows:
(a) Case management on 17 November 2014; (b) Case management on 1 December 2014; (c) Case management on 15 December 2014; and (d) Hearing on 8 January 2015.
