(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in our announcements dated 24 February 2014 and 6 May 2014) We refer to the announcements dated 24 February 2014, 1 April 2014, 16 April 2014, 2 May 2014, 6 May 2014, 7 May 2014, 16 May 2014, 29 May 2014, 13 June 2014, 26 June 2014, 10 July 2014, 30 July 2014, 31 July 2014, 27 August 2014, 28 August 2014, 29 August 2014, 18 September 2014 and 25 September 2014. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the price of the securities to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants as follows:- (a) the issue price of the Rights Share has been fixed at RM0.50 per Rights Share; and (b) the exercise price of the Warrant has been fixed at RM0.80 per Warrant. The issue price of RM0.50 per Rights Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.25 or 33.33% to the TERP of GOB Shares of approximately RM0.75 each calculated based on 5-day VWAP of GOB Shares up to and including 5 November 2014 of approximately RM0.9999 each, being the last trading day of GOB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date for the Rights Shares and Warrants. The exercise price of RM0.80 per Warrant represents a premium of approximately RM0.05 or 6.67% to the abovementioned TERP of GOB Shares. This announcement is dated 6 November 2014. | |
