The above decision is without prejudice to Bursa
Securities’ rights to de-list the securities of Keywest from the Official List
of Bursa Securities in the event the Company fails to comply with the
obligation to regularise its condition in accordance with Rule 8.04 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
