Reference is made to the ICB issued by the Company on 12 April 2007 under�DutaLand Group's restructuring scheme�which was completed on 27 April 2007.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company has on 23 October 2012 cancelled 269,468 ICB pursuant to�the�Put and Call Option Agreement made between DutaLand and its lender under the said restructuring scheme.

Consequently, the total nominal value of outstanding ICB after the aforesaid cancellation is RM7,644,000.
