Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 March 2012, 28 March 2012, 19 April 2012, 17 May 2012, 20 July 2012,24 July 2012, 12 August 2012, 30 August 2012, 21 September 2012 and 12 October 2012 in relation to the Suit. � The solicitor has informed us that the suit came up for case management�on 22 October 2012�and a new case management date has been fixed by the court on 23 November 2012. � Furthermore, the Company was also informed that the solicitor has filed an appeal on the 7th Defendant’s (Mohamed Jawad Khan) and 8th Defendant’s (Prof Dr Chin Yew Sin) application for striking out which were granted on 30 August 2012.� A case management�for this appeal has been fixed on 8 November 2012. � This announcement is dated 23 October 2012. | |
