“Company”) refers to the Company’s announcement dated 18 July 2014 in relation
to Project awarded by Country Heights Holdings Berhad and wishes to announce that the Project is an one-off contract at
a value of approximately RM1.125 million together with a yearly renewable software
maintenance contract at a retainer fee of approximately RM159,000 per annum. This announcement is dated 5 August 2014.
