On behalf of IRM, KAF Investment wishes to announce that IRM has, vide its letter dated 7 August 2014, granted PPSB an extension of time of one (1) month until 6 September 2014 for PPSB to pay the Balance Disposal Consideration of Tampoi Lands subject to payment of interest of eight (8%) per annum calculated on a daily basis from 6 August 2014 until full payment as mentioned in Section 2.1.7.1 of the Circular dated 15 January 2014.
