The Board of Directors of Tune Ins Holdings Berhad (known as "TIH" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that TIH had on 4 August 2014 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Al Hai LLC (“ALHAI”)(TIH and ALHAI collectively referred to as “the Parties”) to explore and create a new limited liability structure joint venture company to conduct insurance related business under the proposed trade name of TUNE ALHAI LLC or any other trade name that is approved by the regulators (hereinafter the “JV Company”) to enable the JV Company to directly and indirectly underwrite travel insurance and other related businesses.
