Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad (“FGV") wishes to announce that FGV has executed a Memorandum of Collaboration (“MOC”) on 5 August 2014 with Hua Neng Pte Ltd (“Hua Neng”) to explore the possibility of collaborating with each other to expand FGV proposed business and operations in China (“Proposed Collaboration”). The MOC sets out the understanding and intention of the parties during this interim exploratory period. The MOC shall remain valid for 6 months or such extended period as agreed in writing by the parties. FGV will make further announcement on the Proposed Collaboration, in the event the parties execute such other definitive agreement. None of the Directors nor major shareholders of FGV or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the MOC. This announcement is dated 5 August 2014.
