Remarks:- Pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Trust Deed dated 20 July 2011 constituting the 2011/2019 RCSLS, Press Metal Berhad ("PMB") will undertake the second scheduled redemption and cancellation of five per centum (5%) of the nominal value of 2011/2019 RCSLS on a proportionate basis based on the outstanding 2011/2019 RCSLS in issue at the close of business at 5:00 p.m. on 19 August 2014.
