The Board of Directors wishes to clarify that the tenure of the Contract is for 8 months, commencing from 26 May 2014 until 25 January 2015, the warranty period is 36 months, commences from 26 January 2015 to 25 January 2018 and the 2 Years of Support & Maintenance Services of the Contract, commences from 26 January 2018 to 25 January 2020. The Contract will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, substantial shareholders’ shareholding, net asset per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries (“Censof Group”).
