Unless
otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the

November 2013, 6 March 2014 and 28 March 2014. On behalf of the Board of Directors of OMEDIA, M&A
Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue
price at RM0.15 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private
Placement. The aforementioned issue price of RM0.15 per Placement
Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0072 or 4.58% from the five
(5)-day weighted average market price of OMEDIA from 3 June 2014 to 9 June 2014
